MFC(Nedbank)

My consumer rights have been violated both by MFC(Nedbank) and Debtbuster. I have a situation were my account was extended and a balloon payment has been added to my profile as a result this will affect my finances in a long run as I'm supposed to be done paying my vehicle account in 2025. However due to changes made, I'm expected to finish off in 2028.

I raised the concerns with MFC and a lady by the name of Sharnel Lutchman has told me straight foward that either I pay R5100 for the 2014 model vehicle which I was paying R3510 or remain attached to the ballon payment which i never agreed to.

I gind this to be an abuse of power as the matter as been brought foward however their proposal don't make financial sense.

How can a person pay a 2014 modell vehicle for 8 years and still expected to pay R27000 on balloon payment at the end of the term when initially the agreement was that the term is 6 years with a repayment plan of R3500.

This is not acceptable.
