MFC/Nedbank...... any excuse, lack thereof, NOT to hand over papers!!!

It appears this is the only arena that we get any reply from there people.

I have been requesting my papers since October, YES LAST year. The month I finalized my payments for my vehicle. Here I am with NO damn papers for a vehicle I payed for, with MY hard earned cash. You miss one or two payments....they are quick to jump on you.....3 payments, and your car, and all the payments, are gone!!! Now I want my vehicle......not a ****** word.
