MFC you can do better!!!! What a horrible post service experience.

On 19 November 2016 i opened an account with MFC and took a vehicle finance and the account settlement was sent on the 29th of September 2017 but the settlement notice was not sent to ITC and the account is still showing as active with over due amount of R0.00 this is reflecting negatively on my name and i tried calling MFC to action this and spoke with one of thier agents who seemed to to have a clue on what needs to be done. MFC can do better, i am never, NEVER!!!!!!! using their service again.
