MFC wrongful repossession of vehicle and no service

Good day,

MFC repossessed my vehicle without the proper documentation. They sent a guy to collect my car with no court documentation. I have been trying to get hold of the person who is in charge of my account, leaving messages and they have not responded. When I enquired about the amount it was now more than double the initial amount. Its been less than a meet.
