MFC Worst Vehicle Finance company

I bought my vehicle through Nedbank, MFC, its been paid off, i visited a Nedbank branch this morning to request for my papers, the consultant said i should phone MFC, i phoned within the Nedbank branch with my own phone, i was on hold for 58min spending more than R100 airtime only for the call to be disconnected, i then decided to send a mail to care@mfc, they rep**** that they cant find any vehicle registered to my ID nr, how is this possible ia bought a car that is still financed with them. This is the worst service i received, they are too eager to help you to finance you loan and quickly to phone for payments and once the car is paid off they dont care. I will never finance a vehicle through them again. Now im not sure if ill ever get my papers.
