MFC WORST COMPANY EVER

This finance company is up to no good, had vehicle finance with them and vehicle was written off, fast forward, shortfall paid on 19th July 2023 and I was enquiring if there is a balance and to date 02nd August 2023 there has not been a response. I have tried to contact the person dealing with my matter but there was no response, I have contacted the supervisor who gave me a statement however was incorrect, contacted an someone who said they referred the matter to the relevant person and when I followed up I was told the relevant person is on leave, so does that mean in a big organisations such as MFC only 1 person can do the work? A random amount has been debited from my account and still no correspondence from anyone at MFC, had I missed an instalment it would have been a completely different story and they would have been inundating me with calls for payment, sadly the process is not the same on theor for helping clients.
