on the 29th of September i got a knock on my door from a gentleman by the name of J**** who said he was from MFC and had come to reposess my car which i owed for 2 months, he sat down with me in front of my family and told me that the car will be kept for me at a storage in Kaalfontein for 3 months and no extra cost will be added for the next 3 months i took his word for it and told me that i needed to pay an amount of R8200 which included admin fees and interest added he further said MfC still regards me as a valuable client and we will therefore assist in the best possible way. on Monday the 12th of October i received an SMS that my Car will be auctioned on the 28th of october which my brother in law was puzzled and advise me to call and find out.

i then called Mr J**** and told him im reaady to make payment as he had advised me only to be told by him that i needed to contact Refilwe at the auction house then she reffered me to another consultant by the name of Monicca who then advised me that the amount to be paid was then R16060.00 i got a shock of my life and i explained to her that this information is new to my ears and i told her what Mr J**** had said and i contact the gentleman who denied everything, i feel that this man came to my house and deceived me in taking my car and **** in front of my elderly mother and my sister and brother in law, everything that Monicca told me contradicted what MrJ**** had said at the time. i feel that this gentleman stole my car under lies and he did not even leave any document with me. if any one knock on your door to take your car believe me they are lying and decieving you to make you believe that they re on your side
