MFC won’t take care of you!!!

I have been a great and loyal customer to MFC for more than 4 years now. Beginning of January I had made payment arrangement with them as I had started a new Job and my salary was prorated. They asked for supporting documents so that they could fulfill my arrangements, I sent them and no feedback ever since. They requested to debit me yet not taking my arrangements in place. I have spent days on end to make sure that I am on par with them but no one seems to care.

Through all of this, i stand the risk of my credit profile looking bad

Till today no one has came back to me with an answer.
