MFC WONT STAND UP FOR ********L SALE OF VEHICLE

MFC gave me finance on a vehicle and 2 years later realised that the model didnt correspond with the Natis papers. They were thus over extended on their credit risk. They forced the dealer to give me a new car. Imperial Select Gezina supp**** me a vehicle without it ever going through a road worthy or being licensed. When we picked up the license disc was expired we queried it with them. a month later and they can still not provide the paperwork that by law should have been done before I ever took delivery of said vehicle. The vehicle has been insured all this time, but according to my insurance this is against the law. They have cancelled the insurance. MFC were contacted as the Finance Institution and advised what has happened. I now sit with a vehicle which they forced me to take, which cannot be driven and which is not on the road but which is paid every month.<br> I have called requesting to speak with a manager but was told to send an email. I made sure the conversation was recorded, whereby I have denied all liability with the vehicle. They cannot put you through to a manager, but when they are in danger of loosing money, then they can spark!
