MFC WITHHOLDING MY REFUND FOR DEBIT ORDER THAT WENT OFF EVEN AFTER SETTLING MY CAR
Paid off my car in September, our debit still went off on 4th October to MFC, we were told that we would get our refund wit 7 working day, it is now 28 October and MFC is giving us the run around! This is unacceptable, we get getting referred from one person to another. I submitted my bank letter but MFC claims they paid the refund to my debt counselor. DISGUSTING SERVIICE, *** IS NOW IGNORING EMAILS REGARDING MY REFUND!!!
