Mfc with there no help strategy and wont help clients that are in arrears!

I was under debt review and after 9 months the attorneys came back saying that i need to include all the cars i had and therefore i cant continue with debt review so wesbank told me that the arrear amount i cay pay over 10 months incl my usual monthly installment! So i contacted mfc and i was told no i need to pay the whole arrears one time? Why can one bank offer help to there clients but mfc nothing?
