MFC Whild Goose Chase

MFC keep sending me on a wild goose chase on my request for a payment break as I was retrenched on 30 April 2022. My vehicle is a 2017 model and was first registered in 2018 and for some reason the license disk reflects as 2018, I have comp**** with every request and once I do the very same request for proof of insurance gets send back. The whole idea is for me to be able to study and pass my exams so that I can look for another job without having to worry about the payment. I have made two payments now with money that I don't have. This is exactly what is wrong with this country, people don't want to see the sun shine on someone else and the would rather kick you while you are down instead of helping!!!
