MFC - Where we are above the law and the NCA does not apply.

Requested a settlement quote with 3 months notice. They fail to comply to the regulation in 2 ways : 1. They don't want to send me a settlement quote for the date requested, but they give the value over the phone, and then 2. When giving 3months notice, they are not allowed to charge any interest on top of the outstanding balance, which they add anyway. I will refer the is matter to the ombudsman as soon as they supply the details. What makes them think they don't need to comply with regulations ??
