MFC where is the R200 you promised - EXTREMELY DISSAPOINTED

I’m still not getting the R200 ever since I opened the account in Jan 2020. Maybe I need to use the email I got from Nedbank to sue MFC for breach of promise.

I'm extremely disappointed with Nedbank.

I was previously banking with FNB but my car was financed by MFC. I got an email saying I will be given R200 cash back monthly for the duration of my car loan if i bank with Nedbank, pay my car installment with Nedbank, switch my salary to Nedbank, and lastly use internet banking or the money app. I have done all of that.

I tried to follow up yesterday and was assisted my Mitchell who promised me that someone will call me back before end of business yesterday and I never received a call back up to now.

Can I please get the R200 cash back if not so that I can change my bank back to FNB. I did not switch banks just for fun. I was promised R200 cash back. Can you please deliver the services promised and stop being like ANC.

Every time i follow up I don't get assisted hence i decided to lay a formal complaint. My ID number is **********083 and mobile number **********.
