MFC - What a circus

One of the most ineffcient organisations I have ever come across.

Have tried 3 times to get a company change of address amended.

1. Sent an email requesting a change of email and physical address, go a request to send the changes on a letterhead. 2. Sent a letter head requesting the changes, got notifcation back showing the change in email address but physical address is not changed. 3. Send another email containing the letter head and again requested the change of physical address. 4. Got a notification back showing me all the contact details of some arbitary customer, clearly against the protection of information laws. 5. Sent another email where I highlight the physical address in the original letter and emphasise the address 3 times in the email. 6. Get a response asking me to go into a branch with my ID and proof of address, like I have time to find a branch just to effect the change of physical address on an account that is paid up making these documents irrelevant.

What a circus! Can you believe their email address to sort this out is ***
