MFC - WHAT A BUNCH OF CLOWNS !!!!

Motor vehicle installment raised by R 700 without any communication / approval from my side, when I queried his, i founf that their insurance telesales added insurance to the contract - this even after I supp**** proof of insurance at vehicle delivery. I then phoned them, and they requested proof of insurance, which I emailed to them 3 times now . I eventually logged into my profile on MFC, and, low and behold, it showed an email address *** !!! And every time I sent them proof of insurance, they said it came from a wrong email address :-) . I have been struggling now for 3 weeks solid to get 1. My email address corrected on their portal ( already have 3 mails from them stating they will update it 2. Cancel the insurance that they added 3. Refund me on overdeduction from my bank account

THIS IS TOALLY UNACCEPTABLE !!!!
