Mfc VS Edc

My car was wrongfully taken by Mfc without me signing any document, giving me wrong information after contact with them,they even stated on the affidavit that I signed, stating under oath.they promised me to pay 70% I went there with the money needed but only to find out the money went up,I have to pay it in full otherwise they not giving the car, they reguested my signatures to prove if I signed the affidavit, it was lastweek Wednesday they promised to call me even today I am still waiting, I really need my car
