MFC very poor service

Shocking service from this company and no communication to us and impossible to contact anybody, especially R Joseph Our insurance settled a write off with them in the 16th November. They then debited the account. To date no response and no refund. No log book sent to us or insurance. Ms Joseph just does not return calls or emails. Pathetic service
