MFC very disappointing

I ama not happy the way I have been treated and how I've been threaten by the bank , there is a Gugu Buthelezi person ,she called, we made an arrangement and the next thing the account is handed over, not that I am running away just last month I paid R10000 that was in errors , I was retrenched and I reached out several time for loan restructuring and it was decline and they did not assist .
