MFC Velicia Townsend

<p>So i miss a payment on my car due to unforseen expenses and make arrangements for a double debit which was sucsessful , i then ask my account manager if it is possible for me to reverse the debit and only pay one installment and have the arear amount split up in three payments , she agree's to this arrangement , My capitec banking app does not recognize MFC a devision of nedbank so i am not able to do an eft i phone my account manager to ask for help with this process she refused to give me instructions on how to make a payment and refused to do a forced debit order and sends me a notice for not paying even though i was only behind with two months only due to the fact that she refused to instruct me on how to do an EFT , i had to leave work just so that i could do a direct deposit at nedbank. after making the payment she demands i make another payment on the 17th which would be impossible , i have since then made two payments of R1000 and forwarded the proof thereof to my account manager , i then get a call from MFC and i am informed that the full amount is still in arears, So my proof of payment was never viewed or submitted , it feels like they want me to lose my vehicle i never had any problems with ABSA they always helped they were always friendly MFC is the complete opposite and this is the first and last time i will ever finance with them</p>
