MFc vehicle debt

I was required by MFC to send my proof of insurance or they are gonna add vehicle debt protection to my account if I don’t have insurance, I sent them the proof of insurance and still they went ahead and added their policy without my concern I called them and their consultant told me it’s gonna take 21 days for it to be cancelled but they are still deducting premiums in my account
