MFC Using Old Case Number Without Serving New Summons

I am writing to formally complain about MFC’s handling of my vehicle finance matter. I had a High Court case number dating back to 2023, which was restructured by agreement and since then I have been making payments and the vehicle has remained in my possession.

I recently discovered that MFC is allegedly taking new legal action under the same 2023 case number, claiming a summons was issued in June 2025 — but I never received any summons or notice.

I have requested from MFC proof of service of this supposed new summons, copies of the documents, and confirmation of the current legal status, but have not received a clear response.

I believe this process is unfair and possibly ********, as I am entitled to proper notice and service before any further legal steps are taken.
