MFC useless

My father was retrenched in Feb. I did inform MFC and our claim was approved by M-sure for 6 months to pay installment on our behalf. Fisrt payment as paid on the 14 March 2023. Come 1/04/2023 MFC debit an installment from my father. After numerous e-mails and phone calls. Money was refunded. Again I asked MFC to please stop the debit order as I don't want the same happening. Various emails send trying to confirm if debit order was stopped with no luck. Payment for May was done on the 24/04/2023 by Msure and again they debit my father's acc. What is the use if they don't assist properly or do they job. This is unexpected and the service that we getting is beyond ridiculous. They quick to take money but slow to refind. I want this monry refunded to my father today 03/05 and the debit order stopped as requested many times for the duration of the claim.
