Mfc up to **** again

I just started work and was visited by mfundo from mfc who says I owe them R 18000.what nonsense!!!I made 2 payments last month totalling one instalment which was for the month.at the moment I'm on current and like usual that payment will be made before the end of the month.how dare they send people to the place I work and interrupt my training to accuse me of owing 18 grand! !!I CNt take calls as I'm in training g and have rep**** to their credit controller emails so far....so what the he'll is this about!!I complained about them the last time and advised I will be paying late due to my husband's terminal illness which is what iv been doing this is not on!!!

I sent my I'd number to you but all you have done is ask the credit controller to send me an editable statement. You people are so unprofessional that you don't even explain or greet in your emails.judge from mfc sent me another statement but I don't understand anything there.when I rep**** via email for clarification I was ignored n now you people send a sheriff to my home to repossess the car. I sent my proof of payments already for may.so far only the current month is what we are owing.what is the issue?can someone with a brain and manners contact me via email please!!!
