MFC unprofessional debt collector

So I sent an email to MFC complaining about an EDC assigned to my vehicle account by them, regarding he’s unprofessional behaviour where he went to my house and in my absence he divulged confidential information about the status of the account without my consent. Someone who didn’t adhere to the Debt collector’s code of conduct. This was yesterday around 17:15 or so. Today I wrote an email to them @11, received acknowledgment of receipt @11:16 and at 14:40 I received an email saying the matter was investigated “no one made contact with me” and their findings say no violation was made. How did they get their findings without communicating with me, was there even an investigation?
