MFC- Unprofessional conduct

I recently had a very distressing experience with MFC Car Finance. Despite having made clear arrangements with Lauren and Asanda from MFC, I was approached by men claiming to represent the bank who arrived without any identification or documentation to prove who they were.

These individuals were heavily tattooed and looked as though they had just been released from jail. Their intimidating and aggressive behavior left me feeling harassed, unsafe, and deeply traumatized.

This kind of conduct is completely unacceptable and unprofessional for a financial institution of MFC’s standing. I request that MFC urgently investigates this incident, confirms who these individuals were, and ensures that no other customer goes through such a frightening experience again.
