MFC unprofessional

Traded a vehicle in at a dealership. Dealership settled with MFC / Nedbank. Call center at MFC confirms payment received. Emails sent and multiple calls to MFC met with no action or resolution regarding refund of installment debit order that went off. **** to by call centre agents!! To date no acknowledgement of emails or refund actioned.. MFC complaints portal non functional and sends you in circles online!! What now??

MFC the worse institution when funds are owed to you but let it be the other way around they will move heaven and earth to make your life a living hell. This will be my very last vehicle that I finance through you, very unprofessional service and I'm still waiting for my refund🫤🫤
