MFC unjustly Blacklists -No Service -REPORT TO OMBUD

Very Poor Service ! Can not even get a statement or settlement letter from them. I was blacklisted as a bad debt writeoff unjustly this after i have been paying may account every month and being in advance on my account. When i question this i am not getting any response and the person responsible to assist me is not taking my calls. I will be going to the OMBUDSMAN !
