MFC - unfair judgement listing

how do you unfairly list a judgement against a customer when payment arrangements was made. Instructions was sent to set up a debit order which your advisor Hope Malangeni ignored. How is it my fault that the debit order was not set up. Check your records of the conversation. Now how do i get this judgement removed because this was omission on your part for not following my payment arrangement MFC!!! DO you know the impact it has. I made arrangements!!!!
