MFC unfair application of early settlement

Financed a vehicle through them. And a truck jumped robot and wrote my car off and now, even though I’m financing a second car through them, they are applying an early settlement penalty? How was I to know that someone would jump a robot and render the car uneconomical to repair? Unfair! Totally. Not happy at all
