MFC ********* Client Service

I have been a client with MFC for +- three years, two cars are financed with them. Now i have a January and March debit order that did not reflect by MFC, i made contact with MFC to inform them and stated i would amend the problem. However i do not have the money.

Now i sit with MFC harassing me nearly everyday to pay the two months (Note every other month is up to date). Now MFC want to reposes the car because of those two months.

I sit in a bad situation that i dont have the two months value, i cant get rid of the car because it has a R 200 000.00 loss.

MFC flat out refuse to see the bigger picture that i am paying every other month, i will one day trade the car or be at the point of paying it off. They would rather put me in a bigger debt by prepossessing the car instead of helping a client and fixing the problem over time.

I 100% accept that the two months are my problem. However i don't accept the ********* manner in which MFC works. They would rather make the problem worse for a client instead of helping.

I recommend every client wanting to by a car never to use MFC as they are not there for you when you actually need them.
