MFC UNDISCLOSED CHARGES

I just recrived a call from ********** 222 regarding a credit life for the finance I took around Feb 2018. Why did you guys not include the credit life when I took the contract??? You only tell me now when I already took the contract and you want to increase my installment? Why didnt you inform me of all charges so I can make informed decisions? You increasing the installment will put me in a financial strain for 6 years that I cannot afford!!! I didnt make any provision for that! And Im not happy that your agent dropped the call on me!
