MFC underhanded

For more than 2 years I have paid my motor vehicle via debit order and a date for deduction had been agreed upon. In January MFC did a deduction against my bank account outside the due date. Reason given when I queried the deduction, was that there had been many defaulters in December 2019.

This should not be my problem and I explained that my payment history will show that my payment is never late. They apologised and promised to correct the issue for my account.

Unfortunately, this has not happened and today I received notification that my motor vehicle payment will be deducted any time from the 24th of February. Once again this is not the agreed debit order date. I immediately telephoned their customer services and apologies were made once again. I was told that my complaint would be sent to the relevant department to be sorted out.

I have never defaulted with my payments and believe that MFC must stick to their terms of payment agreement with me.
