MFC *****ulent debit orders.

MFC has furnished my debit order for December 2023 on the 19th instead of the 28th as per our sighed contract. After I received a sms of there intent I phoned them and expressed my displeasure with this arrangement. I then received a mail indicating that the instalment will be deducted from my account on the 28th as it should. Big was my surprise when I got a sms from the bank that the installment was deducted on the 19th. I see this as *****ulent and irresponsible. I need this money especially during this month and MFC continued with breaking our contract after they agreed not to. This is a money making scheme with disregard to their clients. If MFC do this to 1000 customers and the debit order is to the value of R5000 they will receive interest on R5,000,000 for 10 days. I phoned MFC this morning but the representative could not help me and the promise of her supervisor calling me was just a promise.
