MFC trying to rob me

I have vehicle finance through MFC and every month when I request a settlement figure it keeps on going up even after I pay my instalments. This is exceptionally incorrect as my settlement figure needs to go down every month as part of my instalment goes to capital. Currently my settlement value is more than the amount I financed the car for even which I don’t understand!

I call the call centre and they can’t help me they just say they don’t know how. I need someone to fix this and get me a proper settlement! This is **************** of the highest form.
