MFC total loss cover

Having issues with Mfc to transfer funds to my DI Broker it has been almost a month with them transferring my funds to other places whereas I only have 1 insurance with them under my name yet till today there has been no changes whereas I am trying to claim as my car was ****** and I cannot as they are not transferring my funds to the insurance now I have to pay another month so my insurance does not lapse which is frastrating as I have been calling the call centre even go there yet I am still nothing has changed I am now even looking to use the law to seek resolution as they keep telling me the same thing and now I am about to start month 2 with no resolution from them
