MFC too greedy

Good day

Following a text message received from MFC regarding the debit order going through on the 23rd, I called the office to make arrangements not to do that. The debit did go through in any case leaving me in overdraft and with extra admin charges incurred for overdraft facility. This is such an inconvenience and now I do not even have money to put petrol in my car to go to work. Debit activation 2 days before the agreed date is an inconvenience and despite the fact that I did call in to discourage that. The bit of money that was left in the account was planned for other daily activities and now i could not even put petrol to go to work as well not being able to buy food for my kids. MFC responded on Friday 23 September saying they will call in 48hrs, but to date I have not heard from them. They could have scheduled on the 24th if they believe they have a contractual right to deduct before the 25th should it fall on a Sunday.
