MFC threatening clients unnecessary

Mfc served me letter of demand while they made my adcover insurer wait because they didn't disclose the service plan amount they charged me.my settlement letter expires on the 25 August.yet they are threatening me.their legal department never answer calls. No one willing to explain anything.
