MFC the worst and pathetic

MFC is the worst motor finance provider I have ever been financed by. For the past 3 weeks MFC is unable or rather reluctant to rectify the problem I have when trying to login and manage my account online. I have never had such bad experience with wesbank. How many times have I reached out to you MFC about this problem. Pathetic
