MFC THE BIGGEST ****** IN THE INDUSTRY

I am highly disgusted with how you conduct your business. For more than 4 years I have been paying my vehicle installment without any problems, and in August this year, my money mysteriously disappeared after the debit order went through.

I called many times and spoke to 6 different agents asking me to send proof of my bank statement. I requested an investigation every time I have to send the proof, but no one responds. You kept sending me emails telling me that I owe you but you still haven't sent me a report w.r.t the outcome of the investigation.

I have come across that you double-debited my bank account now in December without giving me an outcome. You are the biggest ****** and you expect people to continue doing business with you when you are not truthful to them.

Please return my money immediately or I will instruct my lawyers to take the matter further.
