MFC - Terrible service and no Customer care.

<p>No one wants to pay for something and never know what the balance is. MFC don't have a international number that a person can call nor do they respond to requests from their website. They do however each month debit my bank and never miss a cent. My account number ********** 0001 and I intend stopping their debit order this month as since 2015 I have not received statements on email, like I have requested. I live outside South Africa. I have multiple times sent email requests from their website but it is just ignorred or just not actioned. Hopefully this will make them wake up. My number overseas is 00 ********** 3951.</p>
