MFC Taking denit order after account is settled

Utterly disappointed with MFC and the service I received from them. Sold my car and settled it. Another instalment went off from my bank account. Phoned on 2 February 2016 to inform MFC to reverse my payment. I was informed it will be reversed, but payment will only take place after 10 days. Today is already the 15th day and Im still waiting for my refund. Phoned again this morning and the payment was still not released to be refunded. <br> <br> I am 100% convinced if I was the lendee I would've paid interest on the money I have borrowed. Even if its only for 10 days, which is 15 days already in this matter.<br> <br> However MFC thinks they are entitled to take payments and refund it at their own convenient time and interest free. After my dissatisfaction and unfair treatment I will never make use of MFC as my vehicle financer again.<br> <br> <br>
