MFC takes money without permission

<p>MFC took R1018 out of my bank account for which I did NOT agree to. It is not my mistake. I now have to wait two to three working days for the money to be refunded to me back into my bank account. I need this money today as my other debit orders need to go off and I now have NO MONEY!!!! Who is going to pay the fines for the debit orders which is going to bounce? It is NOT my fault. This is unacceptable. An apology does not fix this. I need my money back. My cellphone is amongst the debit orders that need to still go off today. Who is going to pay to reconnect it if it gets cut off today? This needs to be fixed now. I am going to have my vehicle financed with another bank. The service is beyond pathetic!!!! You are now costing me unnecessary monies because of your incompetence and mistake! I will take this matter further if it is not resolved today. 01/06/2016</p>
