MFC takes money from my account without consent

I received an e-mail from them stating that because they submitted my debit order in Dec 2024 on the 20th and it went through they also want to the same in January 2025, if I want to keep my original dbit order date, I have to reply withh OPT OUT, before 13 Jan 2025, which I duly did on 9 Jan 2025. I dont know who`s daft Idea this was but anyway. And guess what, they took the money anyway without consent. This constitutes *****. If this is not resolved by 16:00 today I am going to the news papers and FSC with charges.
