Mfc supports ***** dealerships instead of the client.

Mfc after requesting a cancelation on a motor vehicle which they finance, was not in a fit to be sold in the condition received by me. Instead of listening, I have request cancelation from Mfc and the Car dealer on business day 1 of the transaction now I must escalate to the ombudsman. Mfc does not seem to act on behalf on its clients.

In addition the contract sign was not even on the proper address so how are you guys professional.
