Mfc sucks

Good day Kindly assist with papers of my car I have settled it in December but since then am not getting my papers I was told to submit proof of payment of which I did I was told to submit address of where my documents will be delivered to I did I was even told about the refund but I haven't got it everytime when I call whoever answered my is telling me stories I hv paid everything I owed and all I need is my papers
