Mfc sucks

Worst experience from mfc I settle my car month n half now I hv already received my car papers but wen it comes to refund me my money these suckers are just sending me from pillar to post what they keep on telling me is that I must waiting 10 days but I hv waited for a month now can you respect my as a client n not disrespect me
