MFC STOLE MY MONEY!!!

MFC a division of Nedbank debited my account twice when it was the last instalment due to them. I then reversed the debit order on my banking app which supposed to take 2 days to be refunded. I called Nedbank regarding this and was advised the debit order cannot be reversed as MFC is affiliated to them which is ridiculous as this then goes against their debit order process and contradicts the 2 business days stated on the banking app. I keep calling MFC and I have been given the run around. It was very simple for the debit order to be taken twice and is now difficult for it to be refunded and it is unacceptable. MFC, refund my money which you stole out of my account!!! I definitely would not recommend any of my family and friends to take out vehicle finance with this company!!!
