MFC still useless after 2 complaints on Hellopeter.

Why am I not surprised???? I already wrote 2 previous reports on Hellopeter regarding the total lack of service delivery from MFC. I still haven't received any assistance from MFC in this regard. Yesterday I received a call from a "person" from MFC She started by "thanking me " for the payment received in September. I already knew where this was heading. See I pledged on Hellopeter not to pay any installment before I receive statements from January 2019 onwards. And YES I still haven't received any statement, and YES I stopped paying my installments as promised. Due to the fact that MFC is not able to produce any statements is highly suspicious to me. Where is my hard earned money going? I am 99% certain somebody at MFC is *****ing my money HENCE no further payment from me. You like to play games with clients, Nedban****!! NEVER EVER DO BUSINESS WITH NEDBANK OR MFC. You will regret it forever.
