MFC *****ing my money

For about 3 months MFC **********ly tried to ****** a higher balloon balance from me for my vehicle, also giving me the option of re-finance, after much emailing back and forth, they finally got the proper amount and I signed acceptance and received acknowledgement. A day later, they send me a contract totally different to what I had signed for and despite me again speaking to one of their consultants, I find today that an amount of R280 more was actually taken from my bank account. MFC is the worst and there is no branch one can go to, everything is done either email or phone and one gets the sense these consultants dont give a **** as long as they get paid.
